“ Tonight I had one of the best Cobb salad, excellent side of corn and a memorable slice of triple berry pie. Excellent corn? Yes! This corn was roasted on the cob seasoned with a little bit of garlic and presented as you can see below. Some of the best corn I have ever eaten. It was fresh, sweet, and corny. The Cobb salad was made with farm fresh ingredients; a far cry from the Cobb salads offered in the big cities. If you look at the picture you’ll see one chicken breast;What makes these chicken breasts different is that they were roasted on one side. That’s a gourmet technique. I didn’t ask if the triple berry pie was baked in the house, but it was richly flavored. I had the pie heated which is why it slumped. I like to play with my food and took small bites of the pie to see if I could tell the difference between the boysenberries, raspberries and the blueberries. To my astonishment I could tell when I breathed. By the way, my compliments to my focused and charming Server (Sydni) whose insightful suggestions made this meal all the more memorable.
